Plugin
Install on WordPress 6.0 or later with PHP 8.0 or later, InnoDB tables, and PHP fileinfo for attachment validation.
Resources
Upload up to two attachments per message, each no larger than 1 MiB. The plugin checks PDF, PNG, and JPEG content before accepting files.
Privacy policy
Private attachments require an authorization check. They do not receive public Media Library links that expose customer documents.

Export settings as JSON before making changes. Validate the import file and test restored settings in a separate environment.
Release notes
Keep both file and database backups. A file rollback cannot recover conversations that were deleted or changed in the database.
